No, you can guest check out to place your order hassle-free and we will create an account for you and send you a confirmation mail to set up your password. You need to do this only once on our website. This helps us ensure we deliver orders to verified customers only. Also, once you sign in with your registered account, you will be able to create a personalized profile, rate or review products, ask questions about them, view your past orders and create a wish list of your favorite products. The checkout process becomes easier and faster as we store your delivery information saving you the task of entering your address every time you make a purchase.

In the top right corner of your screen you can find options to Sign-In or Register your account with Healthee.fit, you will be greeted by the account creation screen.

In case you have not signed-up or signed-in, you are still free to browse the app or website. However, to complete certain actions such as purchase, review or rate products, you will need to sign-up/sign-in. Visit the navigation bar and click the 'Sign-in/Register' option whenever you wish to create your account or sign-in to an existing one.

Q8) Does Healthee.fit deliver to my area? How long will the delivery take?
We deliver to all major pin codes across cities in India! You can confirm if we deliver to your area by entering your pin code on the checkout page. We deliver orders within the timeframe specified for a given pin code. Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

Q9) Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is available on standard delivery orders worth Rs.499 or more. In case the order value is less than Rs.499, a shipping charge of Rs.39 will be levied.

Q10) Is Cash On Delivery available?
We provide COD facility to almost all locations that we service currently. We do not charge a separate convenience fee for COD facility. For all orders worth Rs.5000 or above COD is not available.
